Attention ! About APC fee of ACM publication and ACM Open Access Publishing Model

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.

Notice

1. Excellent experts or scholars (PhD Holder) are invited to sit as conference reviewer. Reviewers who attend the conference can register as Reviewer price. If you are interested, please send a brief resume to icbra-info@cbees.net.
2. One regular registration is within EIGHT Pages in double columns including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
3. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
4. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iranians, please pay Euros.
5. Presentation Only is for those who just do presentation without paper publication.
6. Please finish the online registration form and submit the required documents:①final paper; ②payment proof before the registration deadline to finish the registration.
7. For Delegate Registration (without publication and presentation), registration can be easily finished through the online registration system. (CLICK HERE).
8. Onsite registration is available for listener and presentation only (Presentation without publication). Please do fill the registration information through the online registration system and send an application email to the conference email box: icbra-info@cbees.net before the registration deadline and pay in cash (USD) on site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference email box: icbra-info@cbees.net and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
* Conference registration cancelled before Jun. 15, 2025 with reasonable grounds: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of 30USD will be charged for the service.
* Conference registration cancelled before Jul. 15, 2025 with reasonable grounds: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled before Aug. 01, 2025 with reasonable grounds: 30% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled after Aug. 01, 2025 with reasonable grounds: the payment will not be refunded.
** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer fees (30USD). 2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early departure, no refund of registration fees will be made. 3. All refunds will be processed after the conference. 4. Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
